Where Prosperi provides the Services under contract with an organization (for example, your employer) that organization controls the information processed by the Services. Collection of your Personal Information
In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Prosperi may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you purchase Prosperi's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
Prosperi does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to Prosperi when you elect to use certain products or services. Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
- Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
We will comply laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach.
If you believe that we have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details below and provide us with full details of the alleged breach. We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.
Personal Information of Minors
We are committed to not knowingly collecting personal information from minors unless we have obtained proper consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a minor without the necessary consent, please let us know using one of our data subject service channels or using the contact methods described in the "Contact Information" section below. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and take appropriate action immediately. From time to time, Prosperi may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Prosperi or click on a link therein.

External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
International transfers of information we collect
Prosperi collects information globally and may transfer, process and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you the Services. Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it.
International transfers within the Prosperi Companies: To facilitate our global operations, we transfer information globally and allow access to that information from countries in which the Prosperi owned or operated companies have operations for the purposes described in this policy.
